The Aoki — Kramer Residence
Seattle, Washington
A small, three–story, urban residence that successfully combined low-toxic materials and finishes with low environmental impact design and materials. The ground floor was a day light basement whose walls were made with an integral insulating concrete form that remained in place. It supported a two story SIPS panel walls and roof structure.
